.......is both sad and glad. Every encounter, every situation, no matter how brief, brings us the gift of learning and that always expands our Soul. Some letting go experiences bring us a sigh of relief (like losing burdensome friend, or an alcoholic spouse. Some bring us sadness and some a mixture of emotions. If you experience grief with letting go, also remember to celebrate the gift you received. It takes discipline and work to celebrate... many of us are in the habit of going to the negative... going to the sadness. Remember habits form with repetition-- so practice celebration--- practice seeing the gift.
